In November of last year, I was given my first formal illustration project, to illustrate the biography of Abdessedak Chqara, a renowned Moroccan musician, which will soon be published by Yanbow AlKitab.
The process was intense and very enriching, including a trip to the musician's hometown of Tetouan with the publisher and a walk through the AlHambra in Grenada a few months later.
